Our Founders

Ann G. Henderson, Principal - Prior to forming Bridge Real Estate Group in 2005, Ann’s background in the real estate industry includes various roles in operations of apartments and condominiums, sales, development and construction renovations. Ann has 30 years experience in managing properties ranging from ultra high-end high-rises to value add garden style apartments throughout the east coast. Ann joined Trammell Crow Residential in 1986 and served as Regional Manager, Vice President and Partner prior to the Gables Ltd. Realty purchase of the South Florida division of TCRS. During her tenure at Gables, Ann served as Vice President and was responsible for the overall operations of 19,000 of the 25,000 fee units under management at Gables Residential. Ann graduated from the University of Georgia in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science.

Michael J. Oliveri, Principal – Michael (Mike) is a CPA and has an MBA with a real estate finance emphasis from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to forming Bridge Real Estate Group in 2005, Mike directed fee accounting for various institutional and non-institutional clients and partners for Trammell Crow Residential Services as well as Gables Residential Services. Mike’s roles included sales, acquisitions and financing for third party clients and joint venture partners. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Mike was an auditor with KPMG focusing in financial services, health care and real estate. Mike is a member of both the American and Florida institutes of CPA’s (AICPA and FICPA) and is a licensed mortgage broker.

William C. Wilks, Principal - Prior to forming Bridge Real Estate Group in 2005, William (Billy) was responsible for fee assets in Central and West Florida for Gables Residential Services. His real estate career also included the position of Vice President of Operations for Sunterra Resorts. Billy was responsible for the transition of all new properties in North America and the Caribbean, as well as the creation of a subsidiary company (Design Internationale) which provided FF&E to all company owned resorts. Prior to Sunterra, Billy was with Trammell Crow Residential for 10 years. Billy was responsible for the fee management operations throughout North and Central Florida. Clients included Cigna, Prudential and Northwestern Mutual along with many other non-institutional owners. Billy currently holds a Florida Real Estate License.
